Sagging Corner Eaves

In older homes the roof structure can settle and sag in various locations. The eaves over corners can be a location where this is more likely to occur. Whilst this may not be  a structural issue in most cases, it can result in the water in the gutters unable to flow away. This can cause the gutters to overflow with possible water damage to eaves and ceilings. Often this can easily be fixed with the addition of another downpipe in the right location.
