Wall Dampness Issues

Wall dampness can cause a range of issues relating to plaster and paint flaking to damage to the brick work. During a building inspection we will check to see if there is any wall dampness. in partilcular we pay special attention to the walls adjacent to the bathrooms and ensuites. This photo, from a Ballajura building inspection, shows wall dampness on the other side of a bathroom caused by inadequate joint seals in the tiling around the bathtub.
