Duncraig Building Inspection - Cracked Roof Tiles

It is important to determine in any home whether the roof has any potential sources of leaks during rainfall. Often it is difficult to determine this whilst it is not raining. One of the items we inspect for during a home inspection is to determine the condition of the roof tiles. During this Duncraig Home Inspection, when the roof was inspected a number of cracked tiles were found. These tiles are likely to be the source of a potential leak in the future and getting them replaced or repaired is important.
