Rusty Roof Fixings

Most people try to stay off the roof for obvious reasons! Not us. We love climbing up on rooves and we do this for all our building inspections in Perth. We look to see the condition of the roof covering , whether it is tiles or metals sheets, condition of the gutters, ensure any penetrations are sealed, check the flashings and where ever possible take in the often glorious view! This photo shows rusty screws which was over the entire roof. Whilst this is a maintenance item it is important for our Client to be aware of so that in the short term they can get these fixings replace.
