Water Stained Ceiling

Ensuring that the ceilings are satisfactory and that the roof does not leak is a key aspect of all buildings inspections carried out. This photo, from a Thornlie building inspection, shows a water stained ceiling which indicated that the roof had leaked at some time in the past. The ceiling was fine and just required sealing and painting. We were able to locate the source of the leak and make recommendations to ensure no future leaks occur in the future.
